The Challenge
When it came to planning the Cotswold Gate development, Lioncourt Homes needed a partner who could deliver high quality trusses that speeded the construction process without compromising on design, materials or structural integrity. The Solution
Nuneaton Roof Truss designed trusses for the five distinct house designs used on the site: the 5-bedroom Rosewood, the 4-bedroom Chestnut and Linder and two bungalow designs, the 3-bedroom Camillia and Japonica. Meeting a design brief that emphasised tradition and continuity with the English vernacular, our high-spec and precision engineered manufacturing processes and rapid delivery meant that Lioncourt Homes were able to rapidly deliver spacious, high-spec and energy efficient houses.
The Result
Manufactured from high grade softwood, a renewable resource matching the eco-credentials of the development, Nuneaton Roof Truss’s bespoke trusses, created with our rapid design, manufacturing and delivery processes, meant that Lioncourt Homes was able to deliver on time and on budget.
